How do I book an appointment to see you? We have a separate telephone line that goes through to an answering machine, on which you may leave a short message with your name and phone number. One of our advisers will then call you back within a few days to book an appointment with our team. Appointments are usually on Thursday evenings from 7.30pm onwards, but can be arranged at other times in special circumstances.
