What should you expect??

You will meet with two of our sympathetic, trained advisers, in a friendly and informal setting

• We recognise the courage it takes to make that first step to contact us, so we will make every effort to put you at your ease!

• We will ask you to explain your circumstances, listen to your problem and ask questions to help us understand your situation

• We will explain clearly what we can offer to help you and what we need from you

• If you are happy to continue with us we will ask you to sign an agreement which sets out what we can and can't do to help you

• We will give you a list of papers we would find it useful to see at the next meeting. Don't worry if you don't have some of them, please just bring what you can!

• We will agree a date to meet with you again if you wish us to.
