What should you expect??

 You will meet with two of our sympathetic, trained advisers, in a friendly and informal setting

 We recognise the courage it takes to make that first step to contact us, so we will make every effort to put you at your ease!

 We will ask you to explain your circumstances, listen to your problem and ask questions to help us understand your situation

 We will explain clearly what we can offer to help you and what we need from you

 If you are happy to continue with us we will ask you to sign an agreement which sets out what we can and can't do to help you

 We will give you a list of papers we would find it useful to see at the next meeting. Don't worry if you don't have some of them, please just bring what you can!

 We will agree a date to meet with you again if you wish us to.
